There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so no need to worry about sharing your bathroom. The master room has a new private deck railing and stairs leading out to the newly laid flagstone patio. 

The house is already equipped with a washer and dryer. Great view of the lake and valley. Newly refurbished kitchen and upstairs. Great roommates and really fun singles and family wards. The stake is very active and has a great tri-stake institute. Still close to BYU campus (not close enough to walk though), so perfect for grad students or students with cars. No HOA fees. Free internet. Street/Driveway parking. Patio. 

Utilities (water, sewer, gas and trash) are split between all 3 roommates and vary depending on the season. This past year it spanned from about $65-$125/tenant/month. It is a big house, so there is plenty of space to relax, have friends over,  game nights, etc. The area where the house is located is not BYU approved, but you can email BYU and have it approved easily.
