Ideal for a career person or student who likes their quiet time to study. Private room with private bath (including jetted soaking tub and walk in shower). Shared living room, kitchen, and laundry.  You will have your own good sized pantry (walk in), large clothes closet (walk in) and plenty of storage in the garage as well as garage parking. Calm environment. Relax by the fire, enjoy reading a book on the front porch swing while taking in the gorgeous mountain views. Fruit and Vegetable garden area in the back yard. Fresh herbs outside the front door and a beautiful flower garden wraps around the front porch in the spring, summer, and fall. Plenty of on the street parking. Two refrigerators. Corner home in a cul-de-sac neighborhood. If you are looking for a calm, relaxing, quiet, and friendly home, you would be a great fit.
