In a very quiet location right next to the new Orem temple, it’s a super cute house with the best, clean roommates. There would be a total of 5 girls, and two dogs (who are both very good boys :3). You would share the bathroom with one other girl. The house is right near UVU, and is 11 minutes away from BYU, as well as has a washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, large backyard, and lots of room for storage in closets, the garage and the shed. It’s the perfect space for any girl between 18-30 who’s working or doing school. Overall, this is a great location, with a great ward (if that’s your thing), and great housemates!

Utilities are split evenly between residents, and there is a refundable deposit of $520 (one month’s rent) that would have to be paid, a $50 application fee, and a $100 fee for adding yourself to the lease. Deposit and prorated rent for March would be paid to me directly since I’ve already paid both the deposit and March rent forward to property management. PS: don’t mind the incorrect rent price and rambling in the tour video  the rent is $520 not $590. I took the video back when I first moved in, now it’s not empty like that. But I figured I’d include it just so you get an idea of the house layout :)
