Relax with the whole family at our peaceful, spacious home. We built this beautiful home in 2022. Every window holds a breathtaking view, including Mt. Timp and Utah Lake. It's a great place to gather and enjoy nature with the Bonneville shoreline trail right out the front door. 

The home is on .31 acres.  It is a zero-scape backyard, with a rock path, some areas covered with wood chips, and others with newly planted clover. The front yard has grass. There are vacant lots of land on either side of the home.  It is located in a very safe, friendly neighborhood and at the end of a quiet street, surrounded by trees.
