Long Term Lease (6-12 mos.):
- Tenant responsible for moving utilities to their name, and added cost of city utilities and internet applied to ledger each month.
- Deposit is same as rent (OAC), fully refundable after cleaning/patch/paint.
- Community fee of $75 billed to ledger, to cover water/sewer/trash.
- Internet: 1gb speed through Veracity. Billed to ledger at $60/mos.

Pet friendly with additional non-refundable pet deposit per pet, and monthly pet rent per pet (up to 2). Cost varies based on animal details. If applicable, please inquire for specific info.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE UNIT OR NEAR THE BUILDINGS.


Application Process:
- $40 fee per adult 18+.
- Minimum 625 credit score and clean background.
- Income should be minimum 3x rent (combined of all adult applicants).
- Will require proof of income and 2 references per adult applicant (1 employer and 1 previous landlord).
