Studio apartment in Provo close to downtown

An apartment is available for rent in Provo, near downtown, just a 5-minute walk to plenty of charming venues and small shops. Nearby, you'll find Target, Sam's Club, Dollar Tree, a movie theater, and many large stores. Also, if you don't have a car, there's a UVX stop nearby, which you can use to get to any stores or venues you need for free.

The building is relatively new, built about 3years ago.

The rent is $1,050 per month, with additional expenses such as parking, internet, trash removal, security, and electricity amounting to approximately $250-300 per month. Our contract is signed until May 2025. (You can opt out of the parking space if you don't have a car or if it's not essential for your car to be parked in the garage. There's also nearby street parking available. The cost of a parking space is $60 per month).

If needed, we can leave the furniture by agreement. The bed, mattress, couch, and coffee table are new, purchased in May 2024. We can also leave some kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee machine). If you don't need any furniture, we can easily remove it.

It's a studio apartment, spacious and very bright. The neighbors are quiet, no problems have ever arisen, and the reception is very friendly and can solve any issues you may have or provide guidance on anything.

The apartment has a separate, small but quite spacious walk-in closet, washing machine and dryer, and air conditioning. Although it's a studio, there is plenty of storage space, both in the kitchen and the bathroom.

By the way, you don’t need to take out the trash yourself. From Sunday to Thursday, you just leave your trash bag outside your front door, and it will be collected in the evening, except on Fridays, Saturdays, and some holidays (you'll be notified in advance via email if it's a holiday).

The residence has a very convenient online portal where you can pay for everything online without worry or submit a request in case something breaks. Additionally, there's an app for your phone that allows you to control the lock on your front door or secure your apartment.

At the residence, you’ll have access to a well-equipped gym, a rooftop area where you can sunbathe or hang out with friends, a pickleball court, and a green courtyard with grills if you want to have a barbecue.

Before you move in, we will do a full cleaning of the apartment and remove any picture or bracket marks if you don’t need them.

We are moving to another state for work. Otherwise, we wouldn’t offer this apartment to anyone else because it is so wonderful, cozy, and perfect for one or two people.
