Accessible location - halfway between BYU and UVU, also right between the 2 Provo freeway exits. Close to a UTA bus stop, and several grocery stores. The best part about the location, however, is the Provo trail! It's beautiful and within walking distance. Lots of parks with pavilions, and a paved road that leads all the way up to Bridal Veil Falls in the canyon. Nice for walks, runs, and bike rides. 

The 2 car garage is SO nice to have in the winter! Though it's a townhouse, it feels like your own home because the walls are insulated well - you'll hardly ever hear the neighbors. 

Families have lived in nearby units (same size) with 5 kids. There are lots of young families and newlyweds, but there are also older folks and young single adults in the area. 

No pets and no smoking inside or outside the unit. Free application, but you must pay for a rentler background/credit check through Rentler. 

Tenant is responsible for setting up and paying for all utilities. Landlord will cover the $270 HOA fee and basic google fiber internet.
