Looking for a chill, responsible, respectful roommate to share my 3 bedroom comfy home. Tucked away in a secluded, quiet pocket in beautiful Riverdale. Enjoy the quiet feeling of being far away from it all, yet, moments from the convenience of a major shopping district including Target, Walmart, Costco, Megaplex, tons of restaurants, freeway, and 2 minutes from HAFB. 10 minutes from Downtown Ogden's 25th Street. Just 30 minutes from Snowbasin Ski Resort. It's a beautiful, quiet place that you can feel at peace in as soon as you come home. This cozy room is located on the second level with a shared bath and loft area. When you look out your window you have a stunning view of beautiful snow capped mountains washed in a gorgeous orange and pink glow of the setting sun. The back yard is like a private, peaceful retreat complete with a garden in the summer. Our rear neighbors are a natural sloping hill with a variety of beautiful trees, plants and animals; creating a natural, peaceful seclusion. It's beautiful and peaceful here. It's a great place to just throw out a blanket or lay in a hammock under some trees and enjoy some needed down time. We also have a nice patio space with lighted pergola, outdoor dinning set, fire pit and BBQ grill. We love grilling in the summer and, as a chef, I love cooking for my roommates on occasion. It feels peacefully private and out of the way, yet conveniently located near everything.  Also: FYI, I can provide weekly pre-planned, pre-packeged healthy meals for my working roommates. It's a nice convenience to have lunch or dinner prepared by a professional chef at no extra cost to you. Ask me for more details.

Price is for one occupant per room only. Sorry; no pets and no couples.  However I will consider a 'small' house trained pet for an additional $100/month. Be advised, there are no doggy doors or fenced yard here. You'll have a fully furnished kitchen at your disposal with all the cooking and eating implements you'll need. BBQ grill also available.
