Apartment has huge kitchen and living room. The 2 bedrooms are decent size. Includes a washer and dryer if needed. No carpet in the unit, all floors are either ceramic tile or linoleum tiles. Separate walk out entrance leads to the side yard. Parking for 2 cars off street (street parking allowed durring the summer months, and durring the winter when not snowing). Seperate furnace unit and thermostat just for the basement living area, so you can keep it as warm as you desire. (no AC, but being a basement the temp seems to stay around 74 degrees on average during the summer). Fridge is new, and newer furnace has UV light and other features which reduce smells and allergies. Rent is $1650, but reduced by $100 for early or on time payments ($1550 is early/on time amount). Fully fenced shared back yard, but I prefer no pets. Depost of $1000 which can be fully refundable if left clean, and with normal wear and tear). Proof of income must be provided before moving in. Includes utilities (Gas, Electric and water). Internet is an extra $35/m (Google fiber plan of 1 gig or higher will be set up if internet is wanted/needed). Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING allowed.
