Furnished private bedroom and bathroom available in large house in Riverton available to a young professional. One male and female in early 30s live here along with 2 cats.

The space is fully furnished with a queen Casper bed (it can be unfurnished if you prefer). You will have access to your own living room as well as the shared kitchen, laundry room, and large deck overlooking the valley and mountains. Your bedroom is on the main floor (not basement) and is 12’x12’ with a large closet. New carpet and flooring is currently being installed. Garage storage for bikes, etc. is available. Located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the Jordan River bike path, about a 20 min drive to downtown SLC and 15 min to Lehi. 45 minutes to Park City. Large backyard and plenty of parking available.

We enjoy a clean and peaceful living environment. We love the outdoors, traveling, skiing, reading, movies, and staying in as well. We hardly have anyone over. We’re looking for someone who would be a great fit to live with who is kind, courteous, organized/clean, laid back and loves animals. No other cats or dogs allowed unfortunately.

$950/month rent plus utilities (approximately $100/month) which includes high-speed internet. Garage parking possible for additional fee. (Total monthly cost $1050). Month to month lease is available. Security depost is required (total move-in cost is $2100). No yard maintenance or any work would be required on your part besides cleaning up your dishes. We have monthly cleaners come through the house as well. Available to move in with 2 weeks' notice minimum. Background check required. Please message me with any questions.
