This is a well equipped home with an onsite home manager. We are security consious and doors are with coded access for approved individuals only. Party somewhere else! Most past tenants are professionals, college grads or previous home owners, though all are welcome to apply who pass the landlord screenings. Income to debt ratio needs to be healthy. Interview, application, credit, mandatory background and eviction checks required. Most tenants stay for 3-5 years or more.

This is a home where tenants follow courtesy rules and show respect: clean up after themselves and are quiet and responsible. Yet, tenants enjoy the freedom and the family feel, or the privacy in their own space. Either way, you'll love it unless you have a signifant other than needs you at night. We understand, but this home's room rental won't work. So no couples, pets, or any type of vaping or smoking, no drugs or marijuana on the premises! This is a health atmosphere home with respect and courtesy. It is quiet and non-invasive once your application is accepted. Guests can be approved with a 10PM curfew, family options available for short term stays with a fee, but are rare.
