We are a house full of college aged adults, so we are looking for a person under the age of 35 to fill this room.

The house is a 2 minute drive from WinCo in a really good area and a 8 minute drive to walmart and other shopping.

The first 11 pictures are of the shared areas and the pictures after are of the room and attached bathroom. The room is gigantic. It's around 3-4 times bigger than the other rooms in the house and has two closets. The dimensions of the lower part is 13'3" x 11' and the upper part is 21'4" x 9'4" plus a 7'x4' bay with a window to put a bed or extra furniture. The room also has its own private attached bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen and laundry are shared, but there is plenty of room for a mini fridge or a microwave if you prefer to keep some stuff separate. The room also comes with a spot to park in the garage. We also have shared storage space you can take advantage of. Rent is $875 per month plus $50 for utilities. There are currently 4 people living here and 1 dog. Unfortunately, the landlord won’t let us have more than one pet at the house unless it’s ESA or for medical reasons. A credit score above 500 and a stable job are required, as well as renters insurance. I am a 22 year old woman living with my 25 year old husband in the basement. We are both students. There is one guy in his 20s renting one of the small bedrooms upstairs and one 20yr old girl renting the other small room. We are all very friendly!
