Decent upper floor sized room with closet: there is landing space with closet storage space, and a double sink bathroom which is shared with the only other room on that floor (the other room is dual occupancy and the only room approved as such). Fridge/freezer (shared) and cupboard space, cooking pots/utensils, plates and cutlery, and small desk available for use. Rooms are otherwise unfurnished. House is secured with a remote access locking and alarm system. Parking can be found on the side streets but is NOT available at the home (there is room in the garage for ONE motorbike or bicycle). The home is located barely a minute's walk from Utah Tech University (Dixie State), close to the Historic District of Downtown Saint George. This is a military, student, first responder, and LGBT-friendly household. Deposit, background, and credit check required. Renters insurance is required and must be maintained during tenancy (proof will be requested). Inquire for more information or/and to arrange a viewing! 

No couples permitted in this room (no exceptions will be made), this room is single occupancy only. It’s a quiet little neighborhood so no parties, a friend or two over is perfectly fine, no drinking alcohol if you’re under 21, and clean up after yourself.  No pets permitted.
