Westminster College and/or the University of Utah.

DOWNSTAIRS UNIT B: This is a single-occupancy unit and the ONLY unit available at this time. It features one bedroom and a full bathroom with plenty of storage.  Fully remodeled, there is a large kitchen
with stainless steel refrigerator, a dishwasher, new lighting,
new paint and gorgeous blue tile backsplash.
There is a large living room with windows that let in tons of natural
light and a bedroom that features a substantial closet and more windows to let in the
sunshine. The bathroom features tile, a bathtub, toilet and stylish contemporary vanity, sink and mirror. 

COMMON AREAS AND OTHER ITEMS: The house features a backyard patio and garden area, an ample lawn for bocce and redwood planter boxes if you would like to plant some vegetables. The landlord handles the lawn care. There is a one-car garage that is dedicated to the residents of the upstairs unit, with the driveway being quite large and there is ample street parking. The property is wired for and is serviced by Google Fiber. We DO NOT allow any other service than GOOGLE. There is a shared laundry area in the downstairs that features lockout doors for privacy during use. The furnaces and water heaters are located in the downstairs unit and the basement tenant will need to allow for the landlord to access the unit in case of emergency or maintenance.
The landlord will provide and remove/install furnace filters on a regular schedule.  Each unit has a separate and secure entrance with its own door.

RENTAL TERMS: The downstairs unit is the only unit available at this time and is available for $1150 per month. The lease term is one year (12 months) and the security deposit is one month’s rent. The tenant(s) are responsible for all utilities except water, sewer and trash. We do NOT allow animals in our basement property and a credit and background check are required for consideration.
