I'm looking for a roommate(s) who will have the house all to themselves for most of the time (~95%). I travel back to SLC for stuff like holidays/skiing occasionally. I have my stuff in one of the rooms, but the rest of the house will be yours. This is why it is priced as such; you basically get an entire house to yourself.
The quick rundown of the property:

Dogs are allowed; the backyard is perfect for them. I have a dog however, I doubt they'll be visiting with me.
You will be in charge of utilities, however, when I am in town I will split them with you for the month. Utilities average about $200-$300/mo depending on how much the AC/heater gets used.
The location is perfect for getting around town. It's right next to i15/i215, the airport, Redwood Road, Downtown, and the soon-to-be newly redeveloped Fairpark district. The neighborhood is very quiet considering how close to downtown it is. Additionally, it is located right next to the Jordan River trail, which is perfect for running/cycling.
Basically the place is yours, I just need a place to sleep when I visit my family for special occasions. I will give you ample notice when I am coming in to town. I am extremely clean and tidy. I work from home so when I'm in town I will be working from the house.
I can move out any/all furniture or items from the house if you want.

I will refund the full security deposit if you've taken care of the house. Small things are bound to happen, like scuffs on the walls and such, however, I just want to make sure the house is still livable when I eventually move back into it full time.
