Layout - Master bedroom (King bed) and bathroom are on main floor. Other bedrooms (Queen beds and futon) are in the basement. Half bath is on main floor. A full bathroom with tub and shower is in the basement. Both floors have a living room with TV.

No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the house. Do not wear shoes inside the house. There's a mat by the front and back doors for shoes. Please respect neighbors by keeping noise down between 10PM and 7AM, especially in the backyard. Pets are not allowed inside the home. Utilities (electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, and WiFi) are an additional $200 per month.
