I am offering a small furnished bedroom in the Sugarhouse area near Liberty Park for $675.00/monthly plus $65.00/monthly for utilities ( Prices include reasonable use of: electricity/water/sewer/trash/internet -rate is subject to review and adjustment- ). Bedroom is about 100 sq ft. Deposit is $675.00. Lease is for 6 months and then Month-To-Month after that.

I am seeking a professional adult roommate who is courteous, respectful, quiet, responsible, clean/tidy and reliable. No Pets, No Smoking, No Drugs, No Partying, No Couples, No Overnight Guests. 
This is NOT a "Party House" while some small social gatherings occasionally occur, look for housing elsewhere if partying is your intention. We keep our community safe, quiet, respectful, and clean.
