There's a shared side entrance with a keypad that leads to stairs for the basement. The place gets tons of natural light, and we recently installed a new separate washer/dryer for the unit and a brand-new water heater. Two of the three bedrooms are massive (19ftx11ft) and the unit features ample storage. It would be an ideal place for two roommates looking for a separate office or gear room.
