To move in a Tenant will have to submit an application, have the application reviewed and approved, pay for a background and credit check if your application was approved, if everything comes back as satisfactory then you will sign a lease for one year and pay a full month rent and a security deposit of $1400. Then you will get keys and approval to move in.
