Looking for someone to sublease a room in a 3 bed, 2 bath duplex. Two other people live in the house. One is a senior at the U and the other works full time. Both rarely spend time at the house.
Great location. Across the street from the 213 bus stop, 10 minutes from the University of Utah, 3 minutes from Sugarhouse Park, across the street from Westminster, and across the street from a Sinclair. Great for students.
Lots of built in furniture in the room; including a full desk with cabinets & shelves, bookshelfs, closet drawers, closet.
There is a door that connects to the bathroom. Upstairs includes full kitchen, dining room, and living room. The 2 other roommates live down stairs & rarely are up so the upstairs section is mostly yours.
Price includes this room, full access to the driveway, and full access to the garage.
Utilities are around $50 per month.
Lease expires August 1st.
Will be fully moved out by February 1 or sooner and am looking for someone to fill my spot before then.
