I’m offering a furnished bedroom and bathroom in my bright, sunny
basement, complete with a spacious family room.

Privacy:
There are two bedrooms in the basement: one I’m renting out, and the other
belongs to my daughter, who attends college out of state. She’ll only be here
during major college breaks. The bathroom will be shared with her when she’s
here but is otherwise private.

The family room is available for your use and will soon be furnished with a
sofa. Please note, the family room isn’t private as I need to pass through it
to access the laundry room and storage closets.

About Me & Athena:
Upstairs, it’s just me and my German Shepherd, Athena. She’s friendly,
well-behaved, and loves company, but she is territorial and doesn’t get along
with other dogs. We share the kitchen and backyard/patio.

Location & Amenities:
The house is conveniently located on the 21 bus line, which serves the
University of Utah and Central Pointe. There’s room in the driveway for an
additional vehicle, with street parking available nearby. We’re also within
walking distance of Sugarhouse Park.

The rent includes all utilities, including Google Fiber for fast internet.
