I'm renting out a bedroom , bathroom and large family room in my basement. Female or non-binary renters only, please.
Privacy: The bathroom is private except for major college holidays when it will be shared with a female college student. (My daughter's college is in Viriginia, so she won't be coming home for long weekends or such:). I'll need to occasionally pass through the family room to do laundry. I'm happy to do that at pre-agreed times only.
The bedroom could be rented furnished (twin bed) or unfurnished. Upstairs, it's just my dog and me. We would share the kitchen and the backyard/patio, It would be nice to occasionally share a meal if you're interested.
The price includes all utilities including Google Fiber.
