This is a private 1 bed 1 bath house that has its own private yard and is located in a great location to get out into the city, mountains, or wherever you want to go. The house is accessed through an alley and as such it is secluded and provides you with a private entrance to your place. The yard is mostly fenced in but does have an open area where the dedicated parking space is located, additional parking would be on the street so as to not block the alley. There is a propane outdoor fire for cool evenings to hang out with friends or just to enjoy your self. This is a pet friendly unit but there is pet rent and a pet fee. There is a washer and dryer in unit and the house is furnished but it does not need to be if you have everything you need already.
