As a current resident, the apartment is great. Common areas are clean and well-organzied, parking is great, easy access to stations and the managers are just amazing. Rosa and Daya are so sweet, they help you with so much care, works are done really fast and I got so much help from them when I did not know anything about rents at the first place. Dealing house documents and contracts can be so annoying, but it was not even close to stressful or time consuming doing with Rosa. I could've been annoying since I had so many questions, but she helped me with every small details and checked with me whenever she could. I took so much time to decide where to live in SLC, but I felt like I chose the right place due to these amazing managers who helped me though so much!
