The property, the location downtown and most of all the staff are fantastic! Rosa and her team have made the entire experience amazing! The property is clean and secure. I love the indoor parking and quick access to bars, restaurants, and shopping.

I absolutely love living here! The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. Everything I need is just a short walk or drive away. The amenities are fantastic too, especially the rooftop terrace with stunning city views and the state-of-the-art fitness center.

The community atmosphere here is wonderful. The management team is great at organizing events and making everyone feel welcome. They’re super professional and responsive – any maintenance issues are fixed really quickly.

Safety is a big plus as well. I feel really secure with the building’s entry systems, and the neighborhood feels safe too. Another huge bonus is that Moda Bonneville is pet-friendly! (they have pet washing station too which is is super convenient)

The apartments themselves are beautiful – stylish interiors with high ceilings, open floor plans, and lots of natural light. The kitchens are sleek and functional, which is perfect for someone who loves to cook like me.
