My husband and I recently moved in and we had the best experience ever with Rosa and Daya. Rosa went above and beyond and was so sweet.I had so many questions and she was always willing to answer them. I would definitely recommend coming by if you are looking for an apartment. I’m so excited we chose Moda Bonneville and look forward to living here for a long time.

Have lived at Moda Bonneville since summer of 2023. This place is amazing! The staff is extremly friendly and helpful. Maintenance is awesome and fixes issues faster than any other place I have lived. The building is secure and the amenities are awesome. Management is constantly updating and maintaining the property. Will definitely be renewing my lease.
