The neighborhood is quiet and we have some great neighbors. I would also need security deposit of $675.00.. There are a total of 4 of us that currently lives in the house. Also 2 Hypoallergenic cute small dogs. (They pretty much stay with us all the time). This would be ideally for a student or someone single (male or female), is quiet, and has good payment history.
