Beautiful Home Near Both Canyons

I am renting the large sized master bedroom in this 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom home along with a 2 car garage (1 space available in the garage). The location can't be beat as it's just 5 minutes to I-215 Freeway and both Cottonwood Canyons for easy access to everything from getting downtown (22 minutes) or getting out of town and up on a ski lift, hiking, or mountain biking (20 minutes to Alta and 25 to Brighton). 

The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable Intellibed King Mattress, bed frame, 2 night stands, and a full sized dresser with a mirror. The master has a double sink and ample counter space in the bathroom. The bathroom has a full sized tub and shower that have also been remodeled in the past few years

The main floor of the home has been completely renovated THIS year and includes a full kitchen with brand new appliances (smart fridge, convection stove, double oven, double sink, kitchen aid dishwasher, and oversized island), laundry room, floating stairs, and living room area. On the main floor, there is also a deck in the backyard that has views of the mountains. 

***IMPORTANT NOTES***:

The house is 3 stories. Our portion would be the top 2 stories. I am rarely at the home, but do have my stuff in one of the three bedrooms upstairs and do come by from time to time so it will feel like you are living alone for the most part. The third bedroom is set up as an office with an L-shaped desk and chair that you are welcome to use. There is a basement apartment below on the bottom level with a separate entrance that I rent on a longer-term basis (30 days or more) to Airbnb renters. I only rent it out to qualifying professionals and don't do nightly rentals with it. Because of this basement apartment, I do have quiet hours at night and early in the morning to be considerate of other renters below. This place is meant for someone or a couple who is quiet and not looking to do big gatherings, as we do have to be conscious of noise with renters below. I also have an outdoor cat that will be seen at the property.

**There is one garage space available, but I do keep one of my cars in the other garage spot on a long term basis.
