We are a low key househol of working professionals who enjoy getting outside to climb, boulder, run, bike, hike, ski, raft, garden and more. There is no cable; we don’t watch much TV; rarely run the central air and keep the heat at a low setting; typically dry our laundry on the clothesline or drying rack; we are each responsible for biweekly chores, clean up the kitchen after we use it, and are considerate, kind, friendly and tidy.

Monthly rent is $700 per month plus shared household expenses (utilities, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc.) -- typically runs about $50-100 per month. Move in cost is $2000: first month’s rent, last month’s rent, and fully refundable deposit ($600).
