The first floor features a 2 car garage and dedicated workspace complete with a desk, chair and mounted TV. The 3rd floor features the washer/dryer (along with an ironing board and iron), master bedroom and guest bedroom. Both bedrooms receive natural light and include a king bed, private bathroom, shower, and walk-in closet.
Major appliances throughout the home include a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, and gas stove. Appliances are high quality and relatively new. The kitchen also includes its own coffee maker (with coffee pot or K-cup capabilities), nutribullet, toaster, spice rack, silverware, cooking utensils, and various glassware.
TV’s are located in the office on the first floor and in the living space on the second floor. Both have streaming application capabilities.
INTERNET: High speed WI-FI and internet is also available at no additional charge, if needed.
SECURE ACCESS: Access to the home will be given in the form of a front door code and garage code. Either of these options will allow you to enter the first floor of the home.
PARKING: There is space for 2 standard-sized cars to park in the garage. If additional parking space is needed for tenants or guests, you may park anywhere along the street in front of the building for FREE.
