2nd Floor: Living room. Kitchen with extra large pantry for food/storage. Extra cabinet space in kitchen. 1/2 bath on this level.

3rd Floor: For-rent private bedroom (120 sf) with vaulted ceilings for one adult. Shared bathroom with other roommates. Laundry and other roommates’ bedrooms.

Bedroom highlights: large window, blackout blinds, 4 USB wall outlets, ceiling fan/light with remote, TV wall mount for TVs up to 55 inches, custom closet shelving for lots of storage, soundproof walls between neighboring townhomes (no annoying neighbor noises like in apartments).

Some storage room throughout townhouse. Street parking on 3700 South (recommended for good lighting and wide street), Plymouth Avenue, or West Temple. One block walk to the Meadowbrook Trax station for easy commute to U of U or downtown or anywhere in the valley. $250 deposit required to secure spot in room. First month’s rent and final month’s rent due at move-in ($1,650 total).

About me: 38, structural engineer, dog dad, single, all things outdoors (sports and leisure), social events, tv watching, games, travel, wide range of casual interests. I’m gay and date other gay men, except roommates. Roommates are strictly for splitting housing costs. I have a Labrador that goes to work with me every day. He would not interact well with other pets, so none are allowed.  

Current other two roommates: early 20’s, both are guys and they date women, UofU, climbing, skiing, outdoors.
