Either you may rent the whole apartment for $1200.00 or you may  share with one other person when I get that filled.  Bathroom has a shower and considered a 3/4 bath.  I'm located between SLCC in Taylorsville and close to the Jordan campus.  There is good bus service, Some go directly to TRAX station.  Off street parking, No parties, we are a quiet group of people, utilities included, also high speed internet, you will share laundry which is located down stairs with all members of the household. House has a kitchen on both levels. you will share your kitchen with only one person. There is a living room, partially furnished also. Nice large yard with garden area and fruit trees, covered patio.  This is a nice area.  Area is close to shopping, (Jordan Landing)  Shopping on redwood road also. Located just a few miles from the new Taylorsville Temple if that is of interest to you.  There are two bedrooms downstairs this is  basically a two bedroom apartment. I will start with a 3 month trial lease. This lease wilI continue into the 12 month lease. (nine months left) I want at least a 12 month commitment. NO SPACE HEATERS ALLOWED DUE TO FIRE HAZARD. No Firearms allowed.  or alcohol. I do require tenants have renters Insurance policy.  This doesn't include the Lg. TV on the wall. I have a smaller TV that I could put on the wall if needed.
