House has a kitchen on both levels. you will share your kitchen with only one person. There is a living room, partially furnished also. Nice large yard with garden area and fruit trees, covered patio.  This is a nice area.  Area is close to shopping, (Jordan Landing)  Shopping on redwood road also. Located just a few miles from the new Taylorsville Temple if that is of interest to you.  There are two bedrooms downstairs this is  basically a two bedroom apartment. I will start with a 3 month trial lease. This lease wilI continue into the 12 month lease. (nine months left) I want at least a 12 month commitment. NO SPACE HEATERS ALLOWED DUE TO FIRE HAZARD. No Firearms allowed.  or alcohol. I do require tenants have renters Insurance policy.  ( policy is for liability and if you  have animals  (dogs) if a bite should occur) also if anything should happen it provides you a place to live.
