This offer is for one private bedroom plus shared use of house. PRICE INCLUDES standard utilities plus Google Fiber internet. Current residents are respectful males.

This is NOT a "party house". Residents must have a personal life plan, which includes an emphasis on any of the following: university, academics, pursuing a career, or other honorable pursuit..

Everyone should respect house policy and culture in keeping with current residents, namely no tobacco or burned products. If interested, LDS Winder Singles Ward chapel building is one mile south of house. Some other religion-based buildings are also near.

Reserved off-street parking immediately west of house. There is a public transit bus stop 100 yards from house; it is UTA bus line #209, running north-south toward City and University. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens. Each resident has his own bedroom, and shares the House Commons.  A bathroom is located near every bedroom. County-owned land with horses are immediately across 900 East Street; our front windows face these horses and Mount Olympus on the Wasatch Mountain range.

Price includes standard rent and normal use of utilities, (heat/cooling, electricity, water, sewer, internet).  Internet service is Xfinity, which works for most residents; some may use internet tied to their personal phone or similar. 

There is off-street parking west of the house; it is a private lot exclusively for residents. Across the street from house is undeveloped land, owned by Salt Lake County, with plentiful, curbside parking. Since our house is the closest residence to that parking, your car will likely have a place there too (except snow days to accommodate plowing.)

House is furnished including living room furniture, kitchen dishware, bedroom bed frame & mattress, 2 sets of laundry machines, dishware in kitchen, vacuum cleaner and brooms, etc.  Some residents come from out of town, arriving with two large suitcases and a laptop, enrolled to study at University of Utah. If you prefer your own bedroom furniture.

House does not have cable television package; residents prefer to use their time on internet for academic study and business. Some residents have Netflix or similar.

Amount due before move-in:

Price is $425 per month. By move-in, pay TWO month's rent plus $200 security deposit, totaling $1050. (Any partial month is prorated.) Life can be unpredictable so you may moveout by emailing me your Moveout Day then using up your remaining prepaid rent. No requirement to replace yourself with another resident if you move during a University Of Utah semester.

To pay monthly rents, use your preferred method: on-site drop box, Venmo, PayPay, Zelle, or other automatic transfers between banks; chose the best one for you.  Please do not pay rent late. If late, fee is $3 per day beginning the 1st day of each month; and I prefer timely rent than late rent with a fee. To prevent late payments, consider payment by 28th of prior month.

This is a rebuilt older house. House may not have "curb appeal" of typical residential neighborhood because front yard is full of trees, shrubs, and large rocks; and the driveway to our private parking area is gravel,  See street and house on google-maps for clarity.
