We do not allow showings after 8:00 pm or on Sundays.

The non-refundable application fee is $50. Once approved, there is a one-time lease set-up/initiation fee of $300. Security deposit is the same as the rent.

Tenants are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) which includes renters insurance, credit building, resident rewards, and many other benefits for $49.95 per month.

We require two months of current paystubs and a copy of your Drivers License attached to the application. One year of continuous employment is needed. We do accept cosigners and guarantors.
