We have one of four private furnished room **available January 1, 2025** in our cute house (SLC) near the Salt Lake Community College (Taylorsville), I215, and close to I15. Perfect if you want to make some new friends or start new! Amazing deal!! We are a teacher and two students and like to dance, run, go to the gym, cook, and have game nights! 1. Monthly utilities: 55 flat - includes secure/fast internet (Google Fiber), gas, water, electric (540 total per month)
Additional move in costs: 485 deposit (fully refundable)

2. One Private Room is available January 1 - one of us needs to move back home temporarily!
Contract is till July 31 (with option to renew)
