Private Suite with Bedroom/Bathroom on Upper Level
This updated Millcreek Townhome has three bedrooms, two of which are suites on the uppermost floor, each with a private bathroom. I reside in one of those suites, and this is my home. I am looking for ONE roommate who enjoys a quiet lifestyle, and mature living.
This is a gated-community so privacy and solitude are the norm. This is a middle-row townhome with residents on both sides. The other residents are quiet, as well as me.
ME: I am female, in my 50's, and work from home (in the third bedroom). I appreciate my solitude, as well as good company. I lead a simple life: work, exercise, yoga, meditation, classical guitar, singing, dancing, and enjoying my two adult children when they visit. I occasionally have friends over for chats/dinners. I have an aging cat who sleeps all day. (Of note, I have just moved into this townhome so it's new to me too!)
YOU: You have your own bedroom with a full private bath INSIDE the suite. You have a double-sized closet. There is a new, full-sized mattress and box springs available, if you'd like to use them. Please bring your own bedding and other furnishings. You may park alongside me in the two car garage - there is a 240V electric charger that I am not currently using if you have an electric vehicle. (no street parking, there are visitor parking spots nearby). You may use the small storage area in the garage.
Included: washer/dryer, Wifi, Cable TV. We will split the gas and electric utilities, 50/50, unless you have an electric car, then we can discuss. You will not pay any other utilities.
A few items of note: I’d like to keep the main living area free of TV so our shared space is for living and connection. No regular sleepovers (occasional guests are welcome), no regular late-night visitors, no illegal substances /activities. No smoking, of any kind. Good credit and long-term references are appreciated.
Initial steps: Once your background check and credit are submitted, I would enjoy showing you my home. You're welcome to email me with questions, and we can also chat on the phone or meet for coffee/tea/cocoa, prior to submitting background/credit check.
Per HOA Regulations, this must be a 12 month or longer lease. We can go month to month (or sign another lease) after the first 12 months.
First and Last months rent, plus Security Deposit are required upon move-in.
