The apartment is in the rear of the large Victorian house shown in the photo. The entrance is thru the lobby/entry way hall and stairs up to the unit. The lobby has a keypad lock and the apartment a keyed lock. It is separate and very private with no shared walls with the other unit which I live in. 12 month lease, First month rent and $500 damage deposit due at time of lease signing.
