Female Private Room w/ Shared Bathroom

Two young female professionals looking for a third roommate. Private bedroom with a shared bathroom in a three story townhouse located in the Rose Park neighborhood. The room is unfurnished and will be available for move-in first week of October.

A little about us: I’m pretty low key, I usually leave pretty early in the morning and come home in the late afternoon. The other roommate works a typical Monday-Friday schedule. We like books, dogs, movies, plants, etc. 

We are looking for someone around our age and at a similar point in life. Female roommates are preferred. Preference given to those who are clean, respectful and down to earth.

Townhouse is located close to entrances for both I-80 and I-215, making it easy and convenient to get almost anywhere in the valley. There are multiple grocery stores close by, as well as the Jordan River Parkway and a few parks. Downtown Salt Lake and the airport are both only 10 minutes away. The unit has updated appliances with washer and dryer in the unit. 

No cats or dogs. I am adopting a dog, so we will be at the limit for pets in the unit. 

Rent is $675 a month, utilities are included. There is an uncovered parking lot in the complex, or you can park on the street. Parking pass is $50 for a year. Security deposit is $500 and is 100% refundable at the end of the lease. Looking for someone that can sign a 12 month lease. Credit and background checks required.
