Master Bedroom for rent (Female only)

About me: I live a 5 bedroom/3 bath house with 3 other roommates. I'm rarely at the house, so it there is only 3 people in the house at the moment.  I have 1 master bedroom available for rent right now. There is street parking, driveway, and garage parking available. Looking for someone willing to sign a 12 month lease (Flexible depending on context and need).

Restaurants (Boba, Sushi, hotpot, vegan, Fast food) is less than a 5 minute walk away from the house. Downtown Salt Lake city is about a 30 minute walk (2 miles) away, but you can Uber/Lyft there for cheap since it is nearby. The Delta Stadium is also 1 mile away, on the same street this house is located at. The University of Utah is about a 10-15 min drive. Buses are available. 

About us (LGBT friendly!): 

I work and am studying at the U Masters program.

The second roommate is a waitress and student at the UofU. She owns a bunny. 

The third roommate is  a recent graduate from the U and is working. 

The forth roommate also graduate this year and works as musician and vocal coach. 

We are all in our twenties, and looking for someone who is similar in age. We are looking for someone who is tidy, somewhat sociable, and clean.

Deposit is $900. All of it is refundable if tenant stays for the full term of the lease (6 months to a year), the room is cleaned before moving out, and there is no significant damage. 

First and last month rent is prorated.
ALL utilities included.
