**please note, the bathroom is only accessible through one of the rooms, meaning you have to pass through a bedroom to access the bathroom. Please consider this with roommate situations.

It is a block away from 3 grocery stores, the Trolley Square Trax line, and downtown. An off-street parking spot for 1 vehicle is available. Access to a gas grill for summer grilling and a large, fenced-in backyard shared with other tenants is available. A small amount of basement storage is available to renters.

Dogs/cats okay. Max occupancy 2 persons. Must be over 18. Max 2 animals per unit at landlord discretion; dog must be less than 40 lbs. No aggressive dogs allowed. No pet rent, but a non-refundable deposit of $300 is required!

This is a privately owned duplex, meaning the landlords are just a text away 24/7 if complications come up. No management company to navigate. This is our only rental, so we are responsive and concerned about any happenings in the house.
