Private oversized master bedroom and bathroom with a large walk-in closet.

Private Room Includes:

Bedroom with high-end furniture. King size bed with Purple mattress, Breath-taking view of Salt Lake Valley from bedroom window and All over the house. Room also has its own balcony. Master Bath has a jetted tub and large enclosed double shower. Walk-in closet is huge but hard to capture in a single photo.

Shared Space Includes:

Spacious kitchen with 2 Wolf ovens, 1 Viking oven, and a double door sub-zero fridge. Instant hot water faucet to make teas and stuff, and a kitchen table that seats 8 people. Every kitchen gadget you could ever want or need or even think of is here. Off the kitchen is a nice outdoor pergola. 

Laundry room with LG front loader, and dryer. Includes basin to handwash items.

Formal sitting room has comfortable seating including a couch, 4 over stuffed chairs and a large fireplace. It also has double doors leading out to the pergola.

The outdoor space is 1 acre. One half is manicured with fruit trees, flowers and herbs. It also has a woodfire pizza oven. The other half of the yard is undeveloped.

The home is situated in a lovely neighborhood within close proximity to a number of beautiful hiking trails.

Entire home is handicap accessible.

Who we are and what we're looking for:

We are a retired couple who enjoy spending time together in our quiet peaceful home. We are early sleepers, hospitable, and honest homebodies. The kids are all moved out and this is way too much house for just us to actually use, so we're looking for an individual or couple to enjoy our peaceful home with us.
