Everyone living in the home is really friendly and respectful. We all get along well. We are working professionals and students in our 20's and 30's. Two of us are the landlords and live in the home. (4 people total)
Rent includes water, sewer, trash. The rest of utilities (internet, gas, electric) will be split between those living in the home.
There will be 1 dog and 2 cats that live in the home and they are very friendly. Please only apply if you are willing to get to know the dog living here and become friends with her. Additional pets considered on a case by case basis.
