2 Bedroom, 1 bathroom- House

Adorable 2 bedroom 1 bathroom single family home for rent! Available March 1. Rent is $1800 per month plus utilities. We usually like to do a 1 year lease and require a security deposit of $1800 when lease is signed (half refundable). Credit check and background check required. Dogs are allowed but it’s an additional $400 non refundable security deposit and $50 per dog in additional monthly rent. It’s a 2 bedroom house, but you could use this other room as a bedroom if needed (it’s not considered a bedroom since there is no closet). The laundry room is shared - there is a little unit behind the house that gets rented(detached and a good space back) that has access to the laundry room as well. There is plenty of parking in the driveway, and a big grassy field behind the house which is super nice. The neighbors are great and the location is fantastic. Its just west of fashion place mall (walking distance) so there are tons of restaurants, stores, and shopping close by!
