I have basement and two rooms for rent in a 4 bedroom house in Cottonwood Heights. The basement has its own bathroom, bedroom and living room. The Tennant would have the full downstairs to themselves. The kitchen is upstairs and shared. I am a software engineer and love to ski climb and fly airplanes.
The home would be shared by me and the tenant. I have the upstairs and you would have the downstairs.
I am gone a large chunk of the year and you would have the home to yourself. It is a huge help to have some one stay and watch the house/ water my indoor plants in my absence.
The house is located in Cottonwood Heights .5 miles from the Big Cottonwood Park and ride so climbing/skiing is pretty accessible. The rental price includes all utilities including Internet, electricity, garbage, sewer, water etc. Majority of the house was recently remodeled. We have garden, chickens, puppy and 2 bouldering walls too
