We have room contracts available only 3 blocks from U of U. You get your private room and shared bath and kitchen with other roommates. This is a room in apartment for rent. Great deal and much cheaper than dorms and you don't need meal plan. Currently we have $525- $695 rooms available for now or July or August.  It's a quiet place and we like to keep it that way, so no parties/no drama/ no drugs/ no pets. You are only responsible for your own portion of the rent. $525-550 are budget rooms, $595-625 are good size, and $650+ are large spacious rooms with floor to ceiling windows and shared balcony. Please text us for appointment. Some rooms are huge with floor to ceiling windows and shared balcony.  Only 1 person per room max. Coined-laundry onsite. Close to bus stops and grocery stores and more. Common area is just bathroom and kitchen, so no living room. Rooms are spacious and nice with big windows. Tenant pays all utilities - and google fiber is available at the building! Best for easy going roommates, responsible, clean, quiet, and not trouble makers. Not a good place for hoarders or partiers.  And no criminal/eviction/bankruptcy history. Be a nice/kind/good roommate.
