I live above you with my 14 year old son it is just the two of us. This apartment comes with utilities included and is to be rented to one person per room with no pets. All utilities electricity, gas and internet are included in the rent. No smokers, or pets allowed. Use of any drugs is not allowed in the property. Requires a deposit of $500 plus a month of rent to keep as refundable. Deposit is refundable if the place is left as found with exception of cleaning fee of $150. The month of rent paid is fully refundable once the tenant gives the 30 days notice. You can split the second month of rent in 3 payments.
