Centrally located in Murray.  Prefer renting to traveling medical professionals/nurses.  Private bedroom (queen bed), private 3/4 bathroom, living room and kitchenette.  Shared entry and shared laundry.  Close to Intermountain Healthcare in Murray (2 miles), St. Marks Hospital, University of Utah.  Looking to rent to a traveling medical professional that needs a private space in a full furnished mother-in-law basement space.  Community has pool and clubhouse (May - Sept pool access).  All utilities included including Wifi and YouTube TV.   Pets reside with homeowner but do not access the rental space.  No other pets are allowed per HOA restrictions.  Non-smoker, non-vaping applications only.  Renter must carry renters insurance and show proof upon contract signing. 

Standard egress windows were installed in March 2023.  Freshly painted at that time.  Window treatments are blinds and black out curtains for those that work nights and need to sleep during the day.

Kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, hot plate, crock pot, air fryer, sink and small refrigerator.  Owner will also allow use of the full kitchen.  There is a full size fridge/feezer that is shared with owner.  Shared entry.  Shared use of washer and dryer on main level of home.
