We hire a professional crew to clean the house top-to-bottom before you move in. It will be spotless! We also bring in window washers, pest control, and do a very thorough job when we turn over the house to new tenants. We find that even the cleanest most wonderful tenants get terribly busy and overwhelmed when moving out and are not able leave the house up to our standard of clean. It is much easier on everyone's expectations if tenants agree to leave the house broom-clean and contribute $550 out of their deposit to the deep cleaning/prep costs.
