-Interests include: split/snowboarding, mountain biking, motorcycles, climbing, carpentry, etc.

-One month's rent damage deposit
-No couples, kids, pets, or indoor smoking
-Must be able to provide proof of renter's insurance.
-I park my truck / motorcycles in the garage and regularly use it as shop space, so if you need garage space for projects or tool/vehicle storage, it might not be a good fit.
-Parking is somewhat limited. So, ideally you own only 1 vehicle.
