ROOM ans AMENITIES: The room has a built-in closet, a queen bed with 14" storage area underneath. You would be sharing the house with two great LDS guys. Two newly renovated bathrooms - 1 full, 1 half. Utilities shared with me upstairs so you only end up paying about 1/4th depending on utility (total per person is around $85). Fast and reliable internet. Fantastic location on a quiet street close to a lot of shopping, gym, hospital, mountains, 5 minutes to freeway (I-215, exit 9)... See photos (not the last three).
RENT: Priority given to a longer lease but leasing options are flexible (one-year $700; six months $725, month-to-month $750 (2-month minimum)). Only requirement is 45-day move-out notice or deposit may be used to cover any unfilled vacancy (prorated). Also if we find a replacement sooner, you would get prorated payment back.
YOU: You must be a non smoker/vaper with no criminal background (no felonies or misdemeanors), pay rent on time and keep common areas clean and free of clutter. We prefer to do a 5-minute zoom video call and then if it's a fit, you can come in person. Enjoy your beautiful new home!
